But the wonder of yoga is how this physical practice ultimately affects much more than the physical body. The practice of uniting the body and the mind through physical poses and breath work moves from the outside in. Connecting the movements of your body to breath focuses your concentration, reveals your ingrained habits, and may ultimately become a process of witnessing your own nature.
